CardEdge ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information the CardEdge app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your email address, when you create an account, subscribe, or contact support. This information is linked to your identity.
- Identifiers, such as device or advertising identifiers. These are linked to your identity and may be used to track activity across other apps and websites, for example for analytics and advertising measurement.
How we use information
- To operate the app and provide its features, including subscription access and purchase restoration.
- To process subscriptions and manage entitlements through Apple's In-App Purchase system and our subscription provider.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the app.
Tracking
As disclosed in our App Store privacy information, identifiers collected by the app may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can limit this on your device under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the app, such as subscription management, cloud hosting, and analytics, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Contact below).
Your choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Manage tracking permissions in your iOS device settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through your Apple ID under Settings > Subscriptions.
Children
CardEdge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this URL.
